She also uses an amazing spice line created by @spiritsandspice, and @dressthedrink. Annie is visited by SAS Owner, Kim Weiss, who shakes up some great drinks to pair with Annie's foods, and DTD Owner, Matthew McClure, who demonstrates flavored simple syrups, rim enhancements, sugar coated edible drink garnishes, and masterful martinis, taking episode 12, "Crostini's and Martini's," to a new level. You will see laughter, tears, smiles, hugs, amazing food, unique beverages, and even a little fire... Chef Annie reflects on her growing years and her inspiration, her mother, Connie, in her cookbook, "Memories are Made Around the Dinner Table." Annie's specialty is, of course, old world Italian food that was made in her two restaurants, but more importantly, derived from family recipes dating back several generations. Her mother, Connie, known as Grandma Cungie to most, cooked by her side for many years. Connie's influence, along with Grandma Ann, and Annie's aunts, have instilled old fashioned, hardworking values and high standards that set Annie's Gourmet apart from the rest.
But don't think Italian is all she creates, though ...
Chef Annie's flare for designing exquisite menus and presentations based on any theme, culture, and style, have built a legacy and following like no other.
